Q. What are your products made of?
A. We take great pride in the quality and construction of all of our merchandise. All DwellStudio products are made of the highest quality cotton and linen available. DwellStudio prints are all low-impact fiber-reactive dyes. They contain no heavy metals or other known toxic substances, are AZO free and formaldehyde free, and meet all criteria for eco-friendly pigments.
Q. Are your linens organic?
A. Our Embroidered Circles Organic crib set is 100% certified organic, as are our organic hooded towel and bib/burp set. We have additional organic products coming soon. For all of our other products, we do extensive testing on all items in compliance with industry standards. All of our products are formaldehyde-free and have NOT been treated with or contaminated by the following chemicals or agents during any part of the manufacturing process:
- Lead
- Formaldehyde
- FWA (Fluorescent Whitening Agents)
- AZO dyes
- Disperse dyes
- Toxicity from chemical finishes
Q. Will my bedding fade over time?
A. While some fading due to extended use and washings is inevitable and natural, DwellStudio's reactive dye process ensures long-lasting color that stays true to its original hue. Using non-detergent cleaning products without harsh chemicals will also help to maintain the beauty of our products for years to come.
Q. Can you do custom items?
A. We currently only sell bedding in the patterns indicated on our site. If you are a large retailer, please contact us at sales@dwellstudio.com to inquire about our private label program.
Q. Do you offer fabric swatches for quality and color reference?
A. Fabric swatches of our available patterns and products are only available through our retail partner locations -- so check out our Store Locator for a location near you!
Q. Do you have a mailing list that I can sign up for?
A. Yes we do! If you would like to join our mailing list, please send an email to customerservice@dwellstudio.com. As a member of our list, you will receive information on sample sales, upcoming events, new designs, and special offers to our valued customers.
Q. Can I register on your site or do you offer a registry program for baby/wedding showers?
A. We do not currently have a registry program on DwellStudio.com. However, DwellStudio gift registry is now available for you along with dozens of other products and brands. Simply go to www.myregistry.com to view all of our available products and setup your registry today!
Q. Where can I find a store in my area?
A. We are proud to have partnered with hundreds of retail locations across the country and world. All of our stores and online retailers are listed on our site by clicking on the Store Locator link. The Store Locator allows you to search either by state or by online retailers.
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping services with an online purchase?
A. At this time DwellStudio is unable to offer a gift card or gift wrapping program. Stay tuned for future updates.
Q. How can I be notified of your next sample sale?
A. DwellStudio's sample sales are held twice yearly in the Soho district of New York City. Times and dates are to be determined. The best way to find out about them is to join our mailing list -- you will receive a postcard or an email in advance of the sale detailing the location and hours. Q. How do I know if my items are in stock?
A. All items on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted. Any out of stock items will be listed on Dwellstudio.com by the indication "Backorder Only". For specific questions concerning backordered items and availability, please email customerservice@dwellstudio.com.
Q. Can I buy your fabric by the yard?
A. Fabric by the yard will be available in the near future -- continue to check our News and Partner sections for updates. However, at this time, we are not able to offer our patterns by the yard.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only within 14 days if it is unopened and in accordance with our return requirements. You must notify DwellStudio before attempting to return -- unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact customerservice@dwellstudio.com within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. DwellStudio ships all orders via UPS Ground service. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed. Please be aware that UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.
Q. How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?
A. If you would like to receive a tracking number for an order placed on DwellStudio.com, please email Customer Service at customerservice@dwellstudio.com. Please note that tracking numbers are not available until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We do have the ability to ship internationally; however, please note that freight costs may be high. Additionally, any duties or taxes associated with international orders are not DwellStudio's responsibility. Q. Can I buy individual items, such as a single flat sheet or duvet cover?
A. We currently are not able to offer individual items for sale. All of our sheets and duvets come in sets as show on DwellStudio.com. However, we do sell additional cases and shams individually. A. Full/queen and king duvet sets include one duvet cover and two shams or tailored cases. Full, queen, and king sheet sets include one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two cases. Additional shams and cases are available and are sold in pairs. Please note that quilted euros and shams are sold singularly, not in pairs. A. With proper cleaning and care, DwellStudio bedding will maintain its color and quality for years to come.

Q. Can I buy individual items, such as a crib bumper or play blanket?
A. We currently are not able to offer individual bumpers or play blankets for sale. All of our crib bedding comes in sets as shown on DwellStudio.com. However, we sell individual fitted sheets as additional items. Bib/Burp sets are also only sold as a set that includes two coordinating bibs and one burp cloth. Q. What size are your crib sets and accessories?

Q. What is a baby boudoir?
A. A baby boudoir is a small (12" x 16") decorative pillow to be used in the nursery, allowing you to bring the pattern used in the crib to other areas of the room. The pillow is made of 100% combed cotton with an envelope enclosure ("French back").
Q. What are the features of your Diaper Tote?
A. Our Diaper Tote is the perfect combination of form and function. The tote measures 16" x 12" x 6" and is constructed in a coated canvas with leather handles and a solid canvas sling pocket. The inside features a coordinating print water-proof lining, dual bottle pockets accessible even when the tote is closed, as well as multiple snap and zip compartments. The center divider keeps all of your baby essentials organized and easy to find. The simple-to-use stroller attachment will clip to any stroller effortlessly.

Q. What is the difference between a runner and a European placemat?
A. Our traditional runner is 16" x 90" and is meant to run the length of the table, whereas our European placemat is 21" x 61" and is meant to run across the width of the table. A European placemat is more frequently used as a placemat, but can also be used as a more decorative piece like a traditional runner.

Q. What is the difference between DwellStudio and DwellStudio for Target items?
A. DwellStudio has recently had the unique opportunity of joining a distinguished list of designers who have made their aesthetic available through the acclaimed retail innovator, Target. The two collections will remain distinctly different in patterns and items offered, while at the same time sharing DwellStudio's commitment to original design and excellent quality. The DwellStudio for Target collection includes bedding, table and kitchen linens, baby bedding, baby furniture, layette, and baby accessories.

Q. Is Fatboy now offering items in DwellStudio signature patterns?
A. Yes! DwellStudio has partnered with Fatboy, the Dutch design company, for a new collection of fresh and functional " bean bags for the 21st century. " Two DwellStudio patterns, Chocolate and Fuchsia dots and stripes, are available as Original, a large rectangle that can be used as a lounge bag, pillow, bed, or armchair, and as Point, a smaller, round dot that can be used as a stool, cushion, foot rest or a soft table.

Q. DwellStudio now offers wall art from Graham & Brown?
A. Yes, DwellStudio has recently launched a collection of wall art in conjunction with Graham & Brown, the renowned British manufacturer of wallcovering and wall art. The collection consists of twelve digitally printed wall canvases in patterns ranging from fresh geometrics to distinctive modern icons to assorted animal motifs, each designed with DwellStudio's signature saturated palette and whimsical, modern aesthetic.
